1. Products are eligible for a refund only if they are returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

2. In cases where a product is found to be faulty, it may be replaced or refunded upon receipt of the returned item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning products. However, if a product is determined to be faulty by Amaxi Products, the company will arrange and cover the expenses for return shipping.

Unused products may be exchanged for other Amaxi Products items. However, customers requesting an exchange are still responsible for the return shipping costs.

Amaxi Products reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for a full refund. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable for any item purchased from the store. If you return a product within 7 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund, excluding postage costs.
